What’s his name?

None of my business really, but the current President of the United States has a thing about branding. If he can slap his name on a building he’s a pig in clover. 

Now he’s busy branding the presidency. How would it be if we tried to deny him the opportunity. You wouldn’t need a revolution – just a refusal to use the name. So from now it’s the President, Mr President, the 45th president, POTUS – nothing disrespectful – but never President – what was his name?
